It is a delicious cup of coffee and provides a great source of healthy fats with grassfed butter (omega 3's), as well as the previously listed many benefits of coconut oil. Simply add 1 tbsp of grassfed organic butter to a cup of black coffee, add 1 tbsp of coconut oil, and either mix in a nutribullet/ninja style blender, or can simply let it dissolve in the coffee if patient enough... and enjoy!
