What To Expect At Your First Visit

The first step is sitting down with Dr. Josh. Our first goal is identifying how we can help you. Our second goal is gathering information on what is going on, so we can figure out the underlying cause. After talking with you, we go through an exam to continue gathering information, followed by x-rays if possible. This information tells us not just where your symptoms are coming from, but exactly how we can help. Lastly, Dr. Josh will perform a relief adjustment. This will serve a number of purposes:

1. Provide some relief while we take some time to come up with a plan of care.
2. It tells Dr. Josh how your spine moves.
3. Introduces you to a first adjustment, in a very gentle way, as for many this can be the first time they've been to a chiropractor. The second step is reviewing on a second visit where your problem is coming from, and what to do about it.
